Question Where to setup a charitable foundation?

It will be a genuinely charitable private structure (no tricks for avoiding taxes or else) that will operate worldwide, in particular in connection with other charities in the USA. It should have a bank account where to receive donations from myself/my own companies.
It shouldn't be in the USA.
