Although he was influential once, Nigel Farage is now fringe ex-politician trying to stay relevant through and this banking situation is outrage bait he can feed to the masses so he can get some attention. And it seems to be working. However, him being downgraded from wealth management status to retail banking (see Nigel Farage says set to lose Coutts account, offered NatWest one instead) isn't going to change the banking world.

However, if he's part of a bigger problem, it's possible banks will receive additional instructions to not discriminate based on a person's opinion. However, there is also a free market argument for letting private businesses decide with whom they do business. Are politicians a protected class? Do we really want to go down that path?

UK does not have strong freedom of speech laws, nor does it have a strong history of free speech to lean on. It shows.

I want to read that article, but I don't want to give MSM a dime. Anyone who can share it?

Nigel guy should subscribe to the Mentor Gold Group to find a solution 😉
And instead of living in the 1990s he should talk about bitcoin.
