Typos in the ad don't increase trust + Seychelles (unregulated)

There are no such things as USDt debit cards.

Its just a crypto exchange + white label EMI combined most likely. You can just use whatever EMI that issues a card and combine it with some solution (preferably non-custodial) to top it up using your crypto.

As an alternative ADVCash springs to mind.

If you are looking for a USD account (Card) but not actual $.

Why not go with https://nibank.com/ -> based in the Caribbean [Front end its $] backend balances held in locally held $ or Caribbean Dollars (you choose i believe).
