I don't know about best bank but CIBC First Caribbean would be my choice but it is on St Kitts island.

I haven't seen any Bank in St Kitts and Nevis rated by any of the three big rating agencies.....
Also the problem with a lot of the Caribbean Banks it's easy to put your money in but not so easy taking "your" money out....
It also helps to see what the deposit insurance scheme or policy they have.
1) is it 100% covered in the jurisdiction
2) which currencies does it deposit insurance insure...
3) Are there any Capital controls..
4) under what scenarios or circumstances you're not covered.
. These days there so many new vocabulary words, with 500 pages of goobledygook and double speak it's hard to fully know what means what these days....
