Q: EMIs with prepaid card for non EEA residence?

I tried tons of EMIs but I still couldn't find any EMI that provides prepaid card for non EEA residence.

I need individual EUR account and prepaid card virtual or physical.

Does anyone know any?

NEAT is one of such EMI's as far as I know and‍ this What's your experience with pervesk ? is another one.. there are more to be⁠ found.

Paysera works too. They will deliver the card to any address in EEA countries, but‌ the user no need to be resident.
