Protection against Software Patent Trolls

Hi all,

What is your recommendations on offshore jurisdiction for protection against software trolls.

My company will sell software products to USA, so I'm fairly certain they can open cases at USA but is there an offshore jurisdiction that might provide a deterrent effect?

What would be your recommendations for software startup company, which country/city should I open it if my primary business will be selling software products to USA?

I'll also sell to EU but I expect returns to be much lower than USA.

For my case taxes are not important so long as I don't have to pay large fees to USA originated patent trolls or pay millions of dollars to just hire a good litigator.

Also keep in mind, I'm not even trying to hide IP related issues, what I'm doing has many prior art cases so I don't believe I'll have much trouble with non-patent troll entities.

5. Possibility to administer everything online⁠ in Estonia
6. More stable banks in Estonia
