What is the easiest way to get a Proof of Business Operating Address?
for a registered shell offshore company ...

We do need Proof of Business Operating Address. This is basically the same as a proof of residence, however, it must have your company's name. The document must also be less than 3 months old and show the issuer.

Below are the valid Proof of Residence document that we accept as long as it has what was mentioned above:

• Bank statement
• Credit card statement
• Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, internet, phone)
• Insurance statement
• Tax document
• Residence certificate
• Bank transfer receipt
• Letter from Bank - Evidence of Account
• Letters from Local/National Government

I'm coping with this all the time (mostly personal addresses but business too) and utilities‌ are always the easiest way since it's simply about paying for consumption and the suppliers‍ don't care that much. However internet and phone bills are rarely accepted (landline and cable⁠ internet sometimes).
Financial institutions and government are the harder way most of the time.

Take a bank statement, change the name and the address by your desired one.

better to forge meaningless utility bill than bank statement with real‍ transactions but in general this is the way

bank statement may have only balance‌ on it, no need for full transactions list

but can an offshore company get utility bill lets say in UK?
it does not‌ make sense

yes, but it doesn't look very real - I had a‍ few complains providing a statement with one single transaction (no fake)

a child can fake⁠ a bank statement without transactions having a specimen - header, footer, fake balance and the⁤ address desired - ready to ship

not saying it can't work for you...
