I'd like to move profits from a UK onshore to a Belize offshore company.
Would you do this by a "profit transfer agreement" (i.e. 100% of profits are moved from UK onshore to Belize offshore) or would you prefer doing this by monthly/quarterly invoicing (e.g. sell the trademark to the offshore company and charge for its use, invoice for marketing and remote work activities etc.).
Thoughts on this highly appreciated as I'm currently in the process of setting things up...
