Instabill is currently one of the best for your needs OP. I have read a good feedback on them

Instabill and some of these new payment processors that are popping up atm. may be what you are looking for. General speaking it is illegal to process payments for Tobacco so it's hard to find someone that can do it.

I know that @Admin has a few Guys he know from the past that are able to process payments for almost anything and this for the last 10 years!

I was considering a few good processors back in time that were able to help with such, I even signed up for the mentor group back in time only for this purpose. Found a few good one but being in this business you will quickly run out of processors 🙂

It's hard to place business. There are many such business setups, all of them start over and over again because it is fast and lot's of money to make.

There are no real pharmacy merchant account provider any longer, there are merchant account providers that break the rules and make a fortune of it.
