Does anyone already wrote a guide on the procedure for registration of a offshore company?

If not, I will try to outline it very straight and simple:

1) You will need to decide which jurisdiction you want your company incorporated, this will depend on what the purpose of the company is and what business strategy you have.

2) Find a reliable agent who can help you with the entire process from registering the company to opening of banking services, facilitatingof office address, phone etc.

3) Get yourselv established as a brand and start doing hassle free business.

You may want to know that most offshore jurisdictions don't require any paid in share capital, no accounting is required not annual tax report. Further, it's allowed to make loans from the company which in many western countries is prohibited.

Hope it may help a few or 3, Good Luck To All Of You :cav:

Thank you, in addition, please also consider the establishing fees! Some jurisdictions are cheaper than‌ others.

How does we figure out what the best jurisdiction is for a particular business? literally‌ I find it difficult to collect the puzzle any help please?

You may consider what business you are into and what your requirements are. For instant‌ is it a online business you have? what goals do you try to archieve?

I'm run a Internet business with Adsense, Clickbank and other CPP services, have been an‌ IM'er for 3 years and doing quite well that's why I'm considering to take my‍ business offshore.
