I just read a really good book that talks a bit about becoming an entrepreneur and what tools both large corporations and quite small businesses use.

One of the brand new and modern tools in the drawer to increase customer acquisition and revenue is supposed to be Pretotyping - I must admit I have never used it nor heard of it before! I must be living under a rock.

I found a little on my research here:
The concept of pretotyping was popularized by Alberto Savoia, who was an innovation agitator at Google. He emphasized the importance of validating ideas by creating simple, low-fidelity prototypes that simulate the core functionality or value proposition of a new concept to see how target users react to it. This approach helps in identifying whether a product idea is worth pursuing before investing significant time and resources into its development.

Have you tried it, and is it difficult to learn?

I've never heard of it before either, but I think there are some really interesting angles to it, and my brain starts working overtime when I see how McDonald's, Tesla, Airbnb, etc., have used some incredibly simple methods. It's totally logical if you know it or can think in that way. Thanks for bringing it up here.
