Why did they closed after a few transactions? how does it connect with a prepaid card only processor?

they just said too high risk for them, have several businesses with stripe and braintree but I don't want to mix them with different/bigger transaction size so basically i'm just looking for a good processor who can pay fast and process the prepaid cards only all in all there is 0 risk chargeback - fraud related.
points/miles earning, thats why literally there is 0% change of chargebacks and it isn't illegal as far as I know
It's an interesting idea, but wonder if that will be possible at all, if you get success with the guy you found here you may let us know about the outcome.
