I read it requires a license if a Cyprus company is doing invstments in other Internet business, can you tell what license is required?

Why will you need a license? Cyprus is part of the EU means they are regulated the same way as any other EU company so as long as you invest in shares from another Internet business it will not require any license! Admin, can you help or at least confirm?

Actually it is not required to have any license to make regular investment's in other online or offline businesses/companies for a Cyprus company. I assume what you have read is that it requires to obtain a financial license (FIC by CySec) if the activity is to make investments on behalf of 3rd parties or if "investments" are the business activity of the company where customers from the street can make a deposit and the Cyprus "Investment" company will invest those moneys on behalf of that customer.︀
