Portugal setup for EU citizen (online consultancy + crypto investments)

Hi,

I am looking for a fully legal setup so that it allows me to be transparent with the authorities.

I'm wondering what the best setup for an EU citizen is in Portugal.

I would like to be able to invoice customers and use as much as possible of that to pay my expenses or put into savings and investments.

I would also like to be able to do a few crypto trades per year, not that frequent as I'm primarily a HODLer but I would like to be able to rebalance the portfolio without huge tax effects.

Do you have any recommendations for good setups?

Personally I would setup a UK or Cyprus company.

The benefit is that you get almost no question asked and you can avoid paying taxes and VAT if you do the setup right.

On top of all of this you will have an easy in regards to banking and EMI's i.e. Wise, Mister Tango, Paysera, Intergiro and many more are available to accept your business.
