Plasmapay any feedback?

Goodmorning everybody,
I recently discovered a new EMI, PlasmaPay.
It is very new company half chinese half russian, founded in late 2019. The CEO is russian.
Their services seem very attractive:

1. Buy crypto with your card directly from wallet
2. Send crypto and stables to your friends and partners
3. Exchange crypto-to-crypto by market price
4. Use international payment systems, SEPA or SWIFT to purchase crypto

Anyway they claim to apply ZERO FEES, wich already sounds fishy.
Moreover in their Legal Docs (Legal documents of PlasmaPay) is clearly stated: We reserve the right to cancel and/or suspend your PlasmaPay Account and/or block transactions or freeze funds immediately and without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your Account is associated with a prohibited use and/or a prohibited business.

Any of you had already had the occasion to entertain any business with them?

They are not an EMI since they do not hold an E-Money Institution license or anything like it. It's just a glorified crypto exchange.

So they may be a no go until they get a license or if you can get any positive feedback.
