If anyone interested obtaining licence in EU, HK I have got full set of documents required by central banks. Just need to amend according to your company. Let me know if interested..

Anyone setting up an EMI would use many of the specialist firms to do so. So what is your advantage here with your docs?

I've been through this process several times. There is no way a regulator would accept templates where you "search and replace" one company name for another. You need to have a business plan and business case to back it up, plus the right team and expertise and capital. Prepackaged policies can seriously backfire. If a regulator sees the exact same AML policy from two applicants, they know at least one of them didn't actually do their homework.

If you can afford the 125-350,000 EUR minimum capital requirement, you can afford a specialist to help you do it right.

Buyer beware. Or just stay away entirely, to be honest.
