I'm looking for an account or payment solution that allows opening an account for a U.S. citizen without requiring personal online verification video of a face or any type of document. I'm looking for an account where the scan or photo of the document would be enough. The account must also include ACH details, as it will be used to accept funds from brokerage accounts.
