Paywings.kz - Any experience?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with paywings.kz - they were advertising here a while back.
I submitted their online request form over 2 weeks ago, didn't receive any reply, sent a reminder about a week ago, still no reply ...

Was in touch with them. Rather unprofessional experience. Didn't proceed.

Maybe others have had better experiences.
