I received an email calling itself to be from paypal. I know it was a scam mail because it told me to login via link which they have given. I have to enter my paypal id and password. The scammers have considered me to be stupid.

One easy way to identify those scam mails is, they would have written Dear Paypal member. Paypal will never address its clients in this way. It will be Dear DYZ.

We must share if we happen to get such messages so that people around get aware of such scams and don't land up in any sort of trouble.

Unfortunately, nowadays the biggest hole in one's defense and the easiest way for hackers to rob him is his own gullibility to hacker trick offers 🙁

I have never got any such fraud mails with reference to Paypal. Internet fraudsters take as much advantage of an individual's accessible finances as they can in a short time before moving on to the next victim.

Yes it is frustrating to get those scam mails from time to time. Sometimes it is too complex to tell the difference. We have to remember that PayPal would never send you mail to verify or update your account and they will ask this things only when you log in to your PayPal account.
