Can someone send you money and open a dispute to claim the money back? I am asking this in a sellers point of view. When a buyer sends you money through paypal and you ship the item, if he opens a dispute, how will the pay refund be assessed? They say 60days to refund the amount but will there be any kind of assessment on checking if the one requesting is fraudulent activity? I just couldn't get this right.. so just asking..
