I regularly use Paypal to get my earnings transferred to my Local Bank Account.But I could not understood how Paypal decides the exchange rates while transferring money to non US Bank Accounts.The rate is generally lower than the rates when checked from other trusted sites.Why such disparities are there? Can anybody answer?
