Well I had been using them both. However I personally feel that PayPal is good considering the amount of transaction I had made through them and most of the internet businesses accept PayPal as a reliable payment processor.
I would also choose Paypal over Moneybookers. The primary reason for that is because most of the people / companies that pay me do have a paypal account and not a moneybookers account.
