PayPal is getting 4.1%

If I get any payment through PayPal, it is charged 4.1% but it was not charged before that. Is there any option that I can make the 4.1% as non chargeable?

I have not heard such things. Like 4.1%? Maybe if you contact their customer service, you will get your answer much quicker....
