Again, it's probably the same as their cryptocurrency division and other brokers like Etoro, which means that they you will be able to trade stocks within the paypal platform but you will not be able to transfer these stocks outside paypal.

Still have no idea why anyone would use PP these days. But I guess they dont want to become a legacy company by embracing crypto, stocks and will probably sell you mineral water and pop corn next.
As long as they have these ridiclous fees and chargeback policy there is no valid reason in using paypal lol
