PayPal for offshore company - I need your opinion on the following idea

Hi, I already have a running business, with unlimited verify paypal on my personal name. I've incorporated offshore - Gibraltar company + Cyprus bank.

The issue is that I want to continue using paypal, now paypal doesn't let you have company in one place, and bank account in other country.

My idea was to create a Cyprus business account on the name of the company, with an address in Cyprus.
Do you think PayPal would ask for company documents?

If they keep the rules strict this will not work. You will have to setup a company in Cyprus with bank account and even nominees for this to work!

The question is if they keep the rules strict 🙂 I don't think they do actually, because I have 2 paypal accounts and was never asked for documents proving address or something like that.

Do you think it is advised to use a VPN of the country you're opening your paypal at?
