PayPal Conversion fees with withdrawals

Hi,

What do you guys do to avoid conversion fees when you withdraw from PayPal?

My will customers pay in USD into a Cyprus PayPal. BUt you can't link a Cyprus Paypal to a cyprus usd bank account. So what do you do? You also can't use transferwise USD in cyprus. not sure what is best slution

I want to avoid the 3%~ conversion fee if I wthdraw the USD from paypal to a cyprus EUR account

Personally I only accept payment in the currency of my PP account USD and EUR!

Yes its possible but I think my customers will prefer USD
Any way to bill in USD but avoid conversion fees when withdrawing?

In most countries you can add a US based USD account.

Some banks allow that, especially in Florida.

Can you recommend specific banks? All banks I spoke to said I need to register a us company
