i have seen loads of threads about paypal business account creation with an offshore company.
However, I have also seen the following with Paypal, after also asking them (anonymously): the personal details information, they say, is not disclosed to customers.
So what is the problem of registering a Cyprus or Seychelles business in Paypal, with one 's own personal details where required, in for instance an EU country, since latter is not shared to public?
Doesnt it work for verification?
