PayPal and Money Escrow service what bank to use?

I was wondering which bank you would choose to setup an Escrow service company?

My partner and I considering to setup an escrow service for crypto, paypal and real money but now sure what bank would allow this kind of activity?

You will find it complicated to find any "legit" setup. PayPal will refuse to allow such business activity unless you are licensed, even then it's almost impossible to convience them.
