payoneer to BTC

Assuming one would have a stealth PayPal and a stealth Payoneer, with the Payneer bank account being linked to PayPal (so you can withdraw money from PP to Payoneer).
How would you get bitcoins now without receiving a payoneer credit card to your real address?
Any suggestions? 😀

There is always selling on localbitcoins. There are a few sellers buying btc with payoneer there. But I think its risky to do this.
