Payment Processor - request for expert

Hi All, will try to keep this short..

Looking for someone who has an actual connect or service who can assist me with getting a payment processor ( willing to pay ).

I sell replicas, but before we mention how impossible this is, I'm fully aware as ive been running the store for over a year.. Early on I had dispute issues prior to knowing about 3DS. then I got a BRAM violation due to DIOR reporting me to Mastercard.

I have the dev team/plugins fully able to redirect or "show" the processors that the payments are coming from a Low risk store without any trace back to rep site. I do know if i get reported or mastercard/visa is make aware from major brand that im redirecting I can still get taken down. (this has happened already) .

Just recently I ran 100k - 800 transactions through stripe without a single dispute, all through 3DS.. I provide 5-7 day shipping, so no issues with other types of chargebacks. Unfortunately, without any warning or any disputes Stripe closed the account saying it was a higher risk than they were willing to take on ( no idea why still).

At this point, ive tried to get other processors but they either wont take the business as I dont have consistent processing statements or I cant do a "meet up" with a verification service they are asking for...

I am hoping to find someone who can assist me with finding an off shore processor, I'm willing to pay in the 3-6% fee, and I'm 100% sure I wont go over 2% chargebacks provided I have 3DS capability on the gateway... But for whatever reason, I just cant secure long term processing. I do have 3 people/IDS USA LLC's ready to go for apps.

Would be entirely grateful if someone who is willing and interested in getting paid can help me get setup for something hopefully long term..

I have, the issue is not that there are processors available... Its that for some reason I cant get any to take me. Give you an example..

Just tried with CCbill, i used our cover site that does SEO and web design, so low risk. They stated they didnt support that type of business as chargebacks need to be below .5% and that industry has a high amount of fraud.

So, I guess i need some help with WHAT to set up so I can get processors to engage with me and want to support the business. Im not looking to conduct "fraud" per say as im not actually scamming my customers, and the processing companies will benefit from my business..
