There are no setup fees, no monthly fees and no hidden fees. Standard KYB requirements and, of course, depending on the niche, there might be a need for EDD

Sanctioned countries are prohibited, 2D and 3D mids are available

Compliance was fast with many other clients, but with you it was slower because of your specific type of business, which is difficult to accept and the gateway is trying to find a solution for you.

Also, considering that you have no processing history, it's harder to place you.

We haven't onboarded him yet because our partner is making changes to the structure to start accepting people from some very hard-to-accept niches like the one kislokan is in. (Specifically the partner is working with its acquirers at the moment.)

For some niches we are still on hold, but we will be adding new customers soon, we will be sure to get back in touch with everyone.

Contacted them in July. They respond once every couple of weeks, even though the conversation is telegram. When I told them that I could not waste any more time, because everything is very unclear and long and I will write about it here on the forum. They said they would prepare a proposal and send it to me....A month passed)))))

We are a British LLP company. We are residents of Dominican Republic (Russian citizens).
We rent villas and apartments from owners for long term and rent them out to tourists.
We have been in business for a long time, over 5 years. We need a product/payment system that can accept credit debit cards, Expedia virtual cards.
For over 5 years we have been making payments through Connectum - Your Personal Acquirer and they have provided us with both banking and acquiring. About a month ago they stopped working and now we have to look for a new merchant provider.

But is the business is legit, why can you not process onshore in the US?
