Paying salaries with crypto?

I'm in a situation where i need to pay some salaries in crypto but the problem is that sending money to crypto exchanges is a sure path to get your account closed with most EMIs. What do you guys use to solve this problem?

Fiat shareholder loan ==> fiat to crypto via personal iban ==> return the loan in crypto ==> pay salaries in crypto.

Crypto is not available on Revolut business accounts.

There are some debit card providers here on OCT that offer cards for all sorts‌ of purposes, for example, Wallester, where you can get up to 300 cards as far‍ as I remember. Surely, you can find a good and secure solution here.

I have used bitwage.com for some smaller salaries for a while (1-5000 USD) and never‌ had any issues with any EMI bank when sending.
