Passport and Utility Bill Notary

I need to notarize a copy of Chinese passport and utility bill with the same name on the passport but with address in Oregon, US. How much it would cost and how soon it can be done? Please pm or reply below.

I can do that, TAT 5 business days costs EUR 225 for notarizing the docs.

I assume you only need your documents notarized and not a new set of docs.
