Panama Foundation and legislations of the entity pleaseh help?

Last year we were into the formation of a Panama Foundation but stuck on the process of finding a bank that would accept our entity for account opening.


Does anyone has a link or the set of legislations of a Panama Foundation? I would like to have a look at such document which was as well impossible to obtain with the company that started the process of registering the Panama Foundation.


Why do you think the banks won't be willing to open an account for a Panama Foundation?
