Go to google and type, " Offshore⁠ Banks Directory" the website will be of the same name. Click on it and type⁤ Cyprus in the search section on the top right then scroll down below and view⁣ the list of banks. Good luck!

You can't open a bank account in Cyprus directly. You will always need to have‌ a introducer. Now you will also have to setup a Cyprus company there in order‍ to get a bank account!
