Did you have a business Revolut account they shut down or personal? Their limits are‌ quite high so wondering if there is not more to the story than just that.‍

How do you prevent the nominee from later cleaning out the account? Another issue is‌ that the nominees passport would have an expire date and the bank would perhaps ask‍ for a new one years down the road. Another option would be to use a⁠ passport you found, lost passport for example. Open the account by mail.
