Never before in my life I had a need to open a company, so I didn't get myself educated within that field.
Basically, I'm running a project in Europe (myself I'm also from Europe) that is mainly focused on cryptocurrencies. Due to a few reasons, I'm in need for a business bank account, and to acquire one - as far as I understand, I do need to open a company first, afterwards I can apply for a business bank account.?
Since I'm completely dumbed-out on this subject, my questions might be very strange and funny, just a warning.
+ What are the approximate costs of opening a company in Europe?
+ What type of company should I open in my case? I know that there are many options, I just would love to hear your suggestions (working with cryptocurrencies).
+ What are the actual pros and cons you could tell a first-timer from your own experience?
I plan to roughly bring in about 50k/EUR for the first year.
