Open own offshore bank is that possible, Panama, Belize BVI or that like?

Is it possible to open own offshore bank in Panama, Belize, BVI or any other REAL offshore country?


I would love to know what is required to open a real Offshore bank and where you think it may be possible.


I assume it is just a offshore IBC that has to be formed at first and then apply for the banking license correct?

So you want to establish a bank? What is your budget to accomplish this? Do‌ you have experienced staff and a banking platform to use?

Yes a huge budget and lot's of banking experience will be required. To open your‌ own bank is not like opening a regular Offshore IBC. Plaves like New Zealand, Panama‍ and Mauritius have been popular places to establish a bank, you may look further in⁠ to this by contacting the different regulatory body in the different jurisdictions. To look for⁤ advise on a public forum can be a good start but you won't find the⁣ information you seek or need to get started.

In the Euro Zone it is EUR 10 million required to open and register a‌ bank 🙂 If you have that kind of money I don't know why you are posting‍ on a public forum 😀
