Open offshore company for rental business where?

Where is best place to open Offshore company for rental business?


We rent boats, arrange for waterskiing and so on at the local beach, now I consider to take that business offshore to avoid to pay too much tax, means 70% of the money is invoiced in the Offshore company and the 30% in the local company 🙂 do you think it is possible if so where to open the company?

Well, the Seychelles may be perfectly fine for your needs, I'm just not sure if‌ you are really able to achieve your aim with the 70/30 split.. you may consult‍ a local tax adviser in Spain to help you or at least answer this question⁠ to avoid any troubles for tax evasion or similar...

Also apply if I want to make a umbrella for all my companies to organize‌ them in one or maybe 2 holding similar companies just offshore?
