I have an old PayPal that i used in college to sell some stuff on eBay when i was broke. After i collected the money and transferred it all to my checking acct one of the items were charged back when my balance was at zero so my acct went negative. I need to use pay pal again but i cant use my own acct because of the negative balance. If i start a new acct with an my new email and new bank info can then link my accounts and charge my the negative balance.
As a side note the charge back was because the buyer claimed they never received the package. I had the tracking number to prove they did so I'm not trying to scam anyone but at the time i was young and didn't look into it much.
