Offshore Solution for UK online payments

How to collect online payments from uk accounts to offshore banks?
Costumers based in UK. Payments will be min £10 for each transaction max £50. Costumers shouldn't get charged for international payments.
My plan is collect all braches payments to offshore account/wallet and full online account management to make payments and transfer them to different countries. Any Ideas?
