Offshore Solution for UK online payments

How to collect online payments from uk accounts to offshore banks?
Costumers based in UK. Payments will be min £10 for each transaction max £50. Costumers shouldn't get charged for international payments.
My plan is collect all braches payments to offshore account/wallet and full online account management to make payments and transfer them to different countries. Any Ideas?

Try Instabill or check the list of Visa approved service providers. You can find the one in offshore jurisdictions easely, there are not many but there are a handful.
