Offshore Solution For Lawsuit Protection? Please help

I am in need of an anonymous offshore company/bank account solution to accept payments for affiliate commissions I've earned.


I am an internet marketer, and you never know if you'll get a lawsuit slapped against you for whatever reason, so I want to protect myself.


What would be the best option to stay anonymous from lawsuits coming from mainstream companies such as google, microsoft, facebook, etc (just examples). So if one really wanted to get my information to sue me they can't.


The idea is that if the affiliate companies give up my information to say for example, google, then google can't penetrate the offshore entity to obtain my real information, and even if they did sue the offshore company I could just close it down, am I wrong?


PS. I'm based in the USA.
