Yeah I'm searching and have done the whole day for a new host that would fit my requirements to be anonymous and in an offshore country to avoid any troubles. The one above seems to be one of the fastest I have found so far, there is Anonymous Hosting and Anonymous Domain names too which don't look as professional as the above!

Katz has been around for years while the other seem to be brand new!

The above is not really offshore I find out, they have servers in the Netherlands and Russia so seems not to offer the same level of privacy as Katz does!

Maybe you can try to read their Privacy policy or TOS. Or you can also googling about them
