Hi friends,
I would like to set up a international security computer company online but I do not know which the best jurisdiction or what kind of structure should it take or which payment gateway is more appropiate.
I would appreciate sone information about.
Than you very much

Well, it's most often not possible to get any reliable or cheap payment processor for current known offshore jurisdictions like St. Kitts, Belize and Seychelles nor many of the other known jurisdictions.

A BVI company for instant, let you apply for a merchant account with any of the many European Payment processors while some of the above mentioned jurisdictions only give you limited payment processors as an option. For instant Instabill, PCBill, Global Collect, 2checkout and similar.

Alternative processors are FirstAtlantic Payment processor which don't accpt startup business unless you have a great talk with them about your business model.

Finally I would recommend you to start with somehting like 2co, PayPal, instabill or similar 3rd party payment processors if you business is new! Build up a processing history and then apply for a merchant account for instant with WireCard or other European payment processors.

Alternatives to the BVI are, Cyprus and Malta!

There are a few questions that need to be answered by you in order for anyone to be able to help you with the setup.
