To get this forum started then I want to be the first one to ask for offshore hosting for my new business.

Where would you recommend to get hosted, company and url would be greatly appreciated.

Requirements are:
MySql DB
Cpanel or Plesk
min 50 GB disk space
1 GB Ram

Shared or VPS hosting is what I'm looking for. Instant access after payment and most probarly I'm looking for some that ignore DMCA request from bad people.

You want to check what their conditions are for the hosting, it seems they are not always clear with their policy in terms of terminating and long contracts and stuff like this.
