Offshore holding in the BVI to incorporate Seychelles corp.

I'm astonished about all the posts (the entire forum) which seems to be a great place for those into business and to reduce tax. There are here and there also some Gold nuggets to pick up.


Since I'm curious and I need to know how good this service offered here is, I decided I will do a test incorproation in the Seychelles. Before I do I want to know if it is possible that the BVI company will be the beneficial owner of the Seychelles corporation ?

Welcome, there is no problem at all to have the BVI company to be the‌ shareholder and even beneficial owner of a Seychelles corp.
