Offshore Cyprus bank account for a business wihtout activity in Europe!

I've need clarification to understand if a Cyprus bank account will be sufficient to meet my requirements to accept bank transfers from customers not resident in Europe?

Yes you can accept wire transfers / bank transfers from any country worldwide with your bank account. For European customers it will even be cheaper to transfer money to you because of the IBAN account transfers.
