Bank account is not necessary.

I agree with you about that (I can't look up⁠ Shareholders and Directors), but the entity information provided on the website (Company Name, Registration Number⁤ and Status) are free of charge and limited. However, additional information can be obtained for⁣ a fee (Public access information).
There is no perfect country, but the best in according⁢ to their own business.
For this reason, the choice of the country depends on many︀ factors and it can also happen that the best choice can be for example Panama︁ or Belize or Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or any other country. thu&¤#

IF you need only offshore company you can setup something anonymous, works great. Banking is‌ much difficult to do but possible if you have some time.
