Offshore Company with a PayPal / Merchant account at nominee name

So this is my case :

I run video game private servers business with my french limited company since years.

So far, i didn't got any troubles with the games publisher but running private servers is a grey area and they can start lawsuit whenever they want againt my company in France because of copyright infringements.

I would like to transfer the ownership of my websites / brands / gameservers to a offshore company so it will become way harder for the game publisher to start lawsuit and figure out who really own and run the business.

Then, to get back the money in France and paid my employees my french company will bill the offshore company for community management, software/website developpement ...etc.

My goal isn't to avoid tax since i'm going to transfer everything in my french company and paid all the taxes etc, i just want to cover my back against possible lawsuit.

My first question is : In your opinion, what is the better juridiction to open a company for that purpose?

Second question : It is possible to open a Merchant Account ( i currently use PaymentWall ) and a PayPal account with the nominee documents ? Do anyone offer that kind of services? Even if that isn't a cheap.

A Seychelles corp will protect you from what you want and it can be setup like you want.

You can setup company, bank account and nominees in Cyprus with nominees so it's possible to open a Cyprus PayPal account!

Or you setup a Cyprus company, EMI account and PayPal account with DARKS, that could also work for you.

So a Cyprus company can also protect me against lawsuit issues ? It's still located in Europe, so unless i open it with DARKS maybe it's not the best solution ?

Do you have a incorporation agent name / link that will accept to provide nominees documents to open PayPal & Merchant Account ?

Do you advice me to open it with nominee and me as beneficial owner or open it with DARKS and use EMI ?

My business earn 100-150k EUR a month, won't that trigger advanced verifications from the EMI and maybe hit a monthly limit ?

Also, the money can't be frozen if they figure out i used dark to open the account ?

On a long term, a darks setup is viable ?
